The Beginning

There is a lot about me that I could state here and now, and could carry on a long soliloquies about me. However let me say that I love:
  • technicalities
  • food
  • science
  • and helping people
Putting all of those together essentially what this blog is going to be about. Granted I do not know how many people still read blog, what with video blogs being a thing, and the fact that I (at this time) am not advertising this to my friends and family. However, unlike my other blogs I am actually going to try and put this blog out there, so people have a chance to read it.

I am not a dietitian, or a chemist, or a food scientist. I do have a food and management degree, but a lot of the healthy eating that I know is self taught, or learned outside of classroom.

I enjoy playing with allergen free baking (and cooking, to a lesser extent). I also have no less than ten books on healthy eating, and health. I am not even going to count how many books related to food, because I would like to post this sometime soon. I went to a conference not to long ago, and found a butter substitute and I look forward to working with it.

Next post I will start putting posting recipes and probably more than a few rants about food.
